By using any services offered by Veterans towing, you release Veterans Towing LLC of all liability regarding the vehicle, and accept the vehicle in the condition it is in upon release. Also by using any service you agree to pay Veterans Towing a net 7 company for all accounts and COD for none accounts. All invoices must be paid in full, otherwise the vehicle will be held as collateral or a non-possessory lien will be placed. All invoices over 30 days will be assessed 10% interest, $500 admin fee and sent to collections. No arbitration clauses accepted and all matters will be settled in civil court.
